Here you find one of the warmest bathing lakes in Europe, with water temperatures up to 28 degrees Celsius. Come and enjoy your holidays in this beautiful landscape!

Wether you simply want to set your spirits free as you bathe in the waters of the lake or take in the wonderful views of the mountains – you will enjoy it. There is something for everybody: active recreation by taking part in games and doing sports as well as exciting offers for families and kids! The opportunities for sports are practically inexhaustible and the variety is infinite.

Only a few minutes walk from our houses and you reach the redesigned, new pedestrian promenade along the northern shore of Lake Klopein. A very popular starting point for enchanting walks or various sporting activities. There you’ll also find many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlors, bike rental, mini golf and much more. Almost everything can be easily reached within short time on foot – no car needed.

Only a few minutes walk, situated at the beginning of the pedestrian promenade you will find our beautiful private beach which offers a sunbathing lawn and a pier to jump into lake Klopein.

Sun beds and sunshades as well as a dressing cabin and storage space are available for our guests free of charge. The beach is situated at the beginning of the pedestrian promenade, where you also find many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlors, bike rental, mini golf and much more.

Lake Klopein is renowned for it’s excellent drinking water quality and is also regarded as one of the warmest bathing lakes in Europe, with water temperatures up to 28 degrees Celsius. Perfect for families with kids!
